Yes, discreet billing and shipping is very important to us and is one of the reasons why we have so many repeat customers.
During checkout you will see shipping options for both Canada Post Expedited and Purolator Express. Canada Post Expedited is fast and costs less, but Purolator Express is very fast and slightly more expensive. A typical order to BC or Nova Scotia is 4-5 business days with Canada Post Expedited and usually Next business day with Purolator Express.
For typical orders to Ontario, delivery takes 1-2 business days with both Canada Post Expedited and Purolator Express with Purolator Express being 1 business day to more locations and generally more dependable. All shipping options include tracking and insurance.
We offer Free Shipping on qualifying orders with a sub-total of $125.00+ (pre-tax). Free Shipping is within Canada only and includes Quebec, Nunavut, Yukon, and NWT.
We would love to be able to accept Credit Cards, Pay Pal, Stripe etc. as payment methods. Unfortunately all of the above payment methods do not allow for the processing of CBD products.
We ship to all of Canada from our location in Ontario, typically same day if the order is received before 3:30pm E.S.T. Mon – Fri and next business day on weekends or holidays.

We accept returns on any unused item we sell that is damaged or otherwise defective as part of our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. Items must be returned in new unused condition in their original packaging. Return claims must be filed by contacting us within 24 hours of receipt of the defective item with a photo to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) and return instructions.
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RMA#). We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any packages that do not have an RMA# issued. The shipping charges to return an item back to us are the customer’s responsibility unless returning defective goods claimed by contacting us within 24 hours of receipt. Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee to reflect costs incurred to process the return including any charges incurred on the customers behalf and the original shipping charge if the item shipped for free. We are not responsible for subjective things like taste. All refunds given are in the form of store credit.
